For this module I decided to create a timetable so the I can keep track on what we need to be doing each week and so that I can keep the others in track of what needs doing and for when it needs to be done by. Being the director I thought this would be a good idea to do because it will help us all in are time management so that no one falls behind. I feel like I've given us a fair amount of time between pre production, animating and post production and I've also discussed holidays and important dates like crits and presentations.
