About E4

The channel E4 is a British TV channel, launched as a pay-TV companion to Channel 4 on the 18th of January 2001. the 'E' actually means Entertainment, and the channel is mainly aimed at the lucrative 16-35 year olds. Whats interesting about this is that on the 11th of October 2010 the E4 channel has about 3.7 million views watching an episode of 'The Inbertweeners'.

This channel may include programs such as: The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Brooklyn 99, Hollyoaks, New Girl, 2 Broke Girls, The 100, Marry Me, Revenge, Made In Chelsea... etc. So you can see that most of these shows are about young adults lives and events so the audience that watches these shows can sometime relate to the problems that are happening in the program.
